This collection is an archive for all my images
of English Electric Class 50 locomotives, during
their days in active service with British Rail (BR)
and now in their subsequent restoration and
preservation.

There is also a collection of pictures taken in the
mid-1980s that provides a flavour of the many
types of locomotive that were in use throughout
the national BR network during this period.

The later photographs have all been taken using
a variety of digital cameras. Earlier photographs
from the mid-1980s are scans of images which
were taken using an Olympus OM-10 SLR.
